Our Story

Lead Engine was established in 2025 by Girish Mehta, experienced professionals in marketing automation and customer engagement). Working closely with Indian SMBs, our founders saw a gap: while WhatsApp was clearly a game-changer for business communication, there wasn’t a single, affordable platform that provided end-to-end WhatsApp marketing support under one roof. On one side, basic WhatsApp Business apps were too limited; on the other, existing API platforms were either too expensive or lacked local understanding. So, we set out to build an all-in-one WhatsApp CRM tailor-made for the Indian market – one that could generate leads, boost sales, and improve customer service, all via a medium people love: WhatsApp.
